VoiceBloom is an AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) app for nonverbal and minimally-verbal children. Three plans. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial.

## Family
- Price: CA$19.99 / month or CA$199.99 / year (≈ US$14.50 / month at current exchange).
- Trial: 30 days, cancel anytime before day 31 and you are never charged.
- Included: 1 child profile, full symbol board (1,200+ symbols, 35+ categories), all 5 animated characters, voice style and fine-tuning controls, parent dashboard with session logs, weekly progress report by email, cloud sync across all devices.
- Audience: families with one nonverbal or minimally-verbal child.

## Therapy
- Price: CA$99.99 / month or CA$899.99 / year.
- Trial: 30 days.
- Included: everything in Family, plus up to 10 child profiles, therapist portal, goal tracking, IEP progress note generator, parent collaboration tools, exportable progress reports, unlimited Coach questions.
- Audience: speech-language pathologists, AAC specialists, private practice clinicians.
- HIPAA BAA: available on request.

## School / Clinic
- Price: CA$4,000 / year base, contact info@voicebloom.ca for tiered seat pricing.
- Billing: invoice, Net-30, CAD.
- Included: everything in Therapy, plus tiered seat plans (Small / Medium / Large), admin dashboard with role-based staff seats (admin / therapist / teacher / EA), parent co-access invitations per student, dedicated onboarding, priority support.
- Audience: K-12 schools, districts, multi-clinician clinics.
- FERPA addendum and SOPPA-compliant Data Processing Agreement: available on request.

## All plans
- Platforms: iPhone, iPad, Android, web browser. No new device required.
- Languages: English UI; weekly progress emails in English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime from the billing portal, no fees, no upsell call.
- Refunds: full refund within 30 days. If your child has not engaged with the app by the end of the first month, email info@voicebloom.ca and we will refund the next month and help you find an AAC tool that fits — even if it is not ours.
- Currency: prices in Canadian dollars (CAD). USD / EUR / GBP / AUD billed at equivalent on the day of charge.
- Tax: Canadian customers see GST/HST per their province. Non-Canadian customers may see local VAT depending on jurisdiction.

## What is not bundled
- Hardware (iPad, Android tablet, Chromebook).
- Speech-language pathology services. VoiceBloom is a communication tool, not a clinical service. The Therapy plan is for SLPs to use with their existing caseload.
- Insurance billing or Medicaid reimbursement. VoiceBloom is not currently eligible for SGD reimbursement; for insurance-funded AAC, see a dedicated speech-generating device.

## How VoiceBloom is priced relative to the field

AAC apps in 2026 generally fall into three pricing models:

- **Subscription apps** ($10 to $20 per month, often with a free trial). VoiceBloom is in this tier at $19.99 CAD/month.
- **One-time App Store purchases** ($250 to $300 USD up front, rarely with an advertised trial). The longest-established AAC apps use this model.
- **Demo-gated institutional sales** (price quoted per account or per seat). Common for tools sold primarily through clinical channels.

Dedicated speech-generating devices (hardware, not apps) range from $1,500 to $7,000 and are often funded by insurance, Medicaid, or school IEPs rather than paid out of pocket.
